Alternative Fertigungsverfahren für Formeinsätze durch galvanische Replikation von mikro- und nanostrukturierten Bauteilen
Die Kombination von Protonenlithographie und Galvanoformung stellt eine der interessanten Möglichkeiten zur Herstellung von qualitativ hochwertigen Formeinsätzen für mikro- und nanostrukturierten Bauteilen dar. Dabei zeigt die Verfahrenstechnik noch Potential zur Verbesserung auf. Dazu ist bereits bei der Konstruktion auf die Gestaltung und das verwendete Material zu achten. Zudem sind die einzusetzenden galvanotechnischen Verfahren zu optimieren.

Alternative Finishing Processes for Moulds in Electrochemical Replication of Micro- and Nano-patterned Components
The combination of proton lithography and electroforming offers a promising route to manufacture of moulds and dies for highvalue micro- and nano-structured components. In spite of this, there is room for further improvements. These could include effects of construction and configuration and the choice of material used. In addition, there remains scope for optimising the electrodeposition parameters.
